Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time, benefited Managerial 5 level position. Starting salary range: $82,820.00 - $93,623.00/annually, depending upon experience.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Strategic Projects is responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. This position involves evaluating, prioritizing and balancing multiple college projects to optimize resources, drive efficiency, and achieve successful project outcomes. The Director works closely with stakeholders, and leadership to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure that projects deliver value on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include developing project management frameworks, improving project management processes, monitoring project performance, and ensuring consistent reporting and communication across all levels of the organization. The Director also plays a key role in shaping the organization’s project management strategy and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
