This position is only available for LCCC students currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.  Federal Work Study eligible students are encouraged to apply. 


Job Summary:


Assist the Office of the Registrar in all facets of office and administrative work, including, but not limited to, scanning/imaging documents, data entry, alphabetizing and filing documents, and assisting with archiving files.


Start Date: As soon as practical after offer is made.



Compensation:  Minimum $8.92/hr. Commensurate with experience.



Essential Functions

  • Data entry
  • Filing & alphabetizing documents
  • Customer service
  • Answering phones & routing calls
  • Taking accurate messages
  • Using Microsoft Word
  • Pioritizing tasks and working independently
  • Paying attention to detail




  • Current LCCC student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of the alphabet and alphabetizing docuements
  • Basic use of 10-key function



  • Advanced telephone skills (e.g., taking messages, routing calls)
