    This position is only available to LCCC students enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for the Fall 2018 semester. 


    Job Summary:

    This position will be responsible for performing non-instructional and non-assessment duties in the class and lab that support faculty members providing instruction to students enrolled in courses with the Diesel Technology program. Other tasks may be assigned based on contemporary institutional need.


    Start Date: Fall/2018.


    Compensation: $8.92 per hour.

    Essential Functions

    • Performing duties in the class and lab that support faculty members providing instruction to Diesel students
    • Assist instructor with set-up, tear down and storage of materials and equipment
    • Receive and deliver materials, supplies and equipment to include vehicle parts
    • Operate computer using Microsoft Office
    • Receive and direct phone inquiries
    • Process paperwork required for a variety of service related transactions
    • Follow instructions provided by instructors to satisfy the needs of students and customers



    • Current LCCC student enrolled in at least 10 credit hours for Fall 2018 semester
    • Possess a current driver's license

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • LCCC Automotive or Diesel Certificate
