    This is a part-time position. Hours are variable, approximately 15 to 19 hours per week. 



    Job Summary: The Support Specialist scans and accurately links documents received in person, by fax, and/or email to appropriate Colleague IDs.  The Support Specialist generates and sends via email/postal mail communications using Colleague Communications Management Module.  The Support Specialist provides clerical support to FA Technicians, Assistant Director and Director upon request.


    Compensation: $8.92 per hour, commensurate with experience.


    Screening Date: Open until filled.


    Start Date: As soon as practical after offer is made.


    Essential Functions

    • Scanning and accurately linking documents to appropriate Colleague ID using Perceptive Content (imaging software).
    • Generate and send email and Word document communications using Colleague Communication Management Module (campus data system).
    • Provide clerical support to FA Technicians, Assistant Director and Director.
    • During high traffic season, answer general financial aid questions related to the financial aid process.



    High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

    One year working in office setting required.
